TR4 disease is the greatest threat to banana production worldwide. There’s a lot at stake – 95% of Australia’s bananas are grown in Far North Queensland. This industry supports our vibrant community with jobs and produce.
Here’s some tips on how you can protect our banana industry from TR4:

Don’t move banana plants or planting material. Only buy banana plants from a Quality Approved Banana Nursery.
